With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Dr. Brad Herman is known for his innovative and minimally invasive approaches to Plastic Surgery. Trusted by his patients for his honesty and natural results, Dr. Herman is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon with degrees from several of America finest universities. A graduate of the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts, Dr. Herman earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Chicago Medical School. He served a general surgery internship and residency at New York University Medical Center, including The New York University Hospital, Bellevue Hospital, The Manhattan Veterans Administration Hospital, The New York Infirmary-Beekman Hospital and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He completed his Plastic Surgery Residency training at The New York Hospital -Cornell Medical Center. Author and lecturer, Dr. Herman is acclaimed for his innovative approaches to a wide variety of cosmetic procedures. His expertise in non-surgical facial enhancement has made him a most sought surgeon for celebrities and athletes alike. As a master in non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques, Dr. Herman has trained more than 1000 doctors from all over the world on using products such as Botox® Cosmetic, Dysport®, Restylane®, and Juvederm®. Dr. Herman is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, the Florida Medical Association, Dade County Medical Association and the Greater Miami Society of Plastic Surgery. He is a past-president of the American Society of Aesthetic Medicine. For more than fifteen years he has traveled the world serving as a volunteer surgeon for Operation Smile International, a non-profit organization that provides reconstructive surgery for children born with complex facial deformities and was Chairman of the Florida Chapter. Dr. Herman is bilingual in English and Spanish.
OFFICE HOURS & APPOINTMENTS We welcome you by appointment during regular office hours, 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Please call 305-508-7035 for an appointment. Our office is located at 6360 Sunset Drive, South Miami Florida 33143. You will find complimentary parking spaces at the rear of the building. Please call us during office hours if you have last-minute needs for cosmetic injections (like BOTOX Cosmetic or Restylane) or skin care procedures; we will do our best to accommodate you on the same day or at your earliest convenience. Skincare, non-surgical treatment questions, and purchases are available during office hours without an appointment. Your appointment is time set aside exclusively to address your needs. In order to respect all our patients’ schedules and time:
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first appointment to review or complete any necessary patient sign in information.
  • Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time for all other visits, including follow-up appointments, in order to have adequate time to check in.
PATIENT PRIVACY At the practice of Brad Herman MD, your privacy is part of our mission and is a very important part of your experience. Physicians and all staff members fully understand how personal and sensitive your desire for cosmetic enhancement is and thus we respect your privacy. If you have any needs that require special consideration, please contact our Practice Administrator and we will respond to your individual needs. A private entrance and waiting area are available upon request.
PAYMENT POLICIES Payment of non-surgical treatments such as Botox® Cosmetic and fillers are made at the time of service. We accept Visa, and MasterCard. We are unable to accept personal checks for these treatments. All surgical, cosmetic injection and skin care treatment recommendations are individualized just for you. Therefore, our fees are only provided in person, once you have been evaluated, assessed and appropriate recommendations for treatment are made.
